Jonathan is available for assessing DofE groups at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. Jonathan doesn’t intend to “catch any groups out” and recognises that for some young people, simply getting outside is an achievement in itself.
Jonathan’s philosophy is “It’s all about encouraging young people to take to the outdoors, while at the same time equipping them with the necessary skills and respect needed for the outdoors.”
Jonathan really sees the value that DofE can bring to young people and unlike many others he doesn’t charge for assessing, simply for fuel and food costs.
Prices vary depending upon location as costs are worked out from a fuel and food allowance: 45p per mile and £15 per day (£5 per meal). Simply get in touch for a quote.
If Jonathan can’t do the date that you require he also has access to another Assessor with over 30 years experience assessing DofE groups.
Please bare in mind if Jonathan hasn’t assessed for you before then an EAAS12 form will need to be completed and sent off to your local authority/regional office. Please allow time for this to be processed.
